Description Senior Project Manager - Change Management Practice - Digital and Technology Partners - Hybrid, Req#3020149 This position is hybrid: mostly remote, with limited onsite required. The Senior Manager of the Change Management Practice is expected to be able to demonstrate a high degree of expertise and initiative in developing and driving change management efforts for complex, large-scale, enterprise-level programs across Mount Sinai Health System, as well as projects within the Digital and Technology Partners (DTP) department. The Senior Manager is expected to be able to guide project team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition, the Senior Manager will be required to execute all activities and complete all deliverables according to the change management and communication plans they have created. Responsibilities Develop and drive Change Management plans and efforts for various initiatives and projects. Develop communication plans and materials to support Program Management Office (PMO) projects. Develop and manage project communications with impacted stakeholders. Collaborate with project stakeholders. Enhance expertise in Change Management to support expansion of the Change Practice within the PMO. Assist Project Managers with Change Management strategy and planning for their respective projects. Create templates, tools, and materials to enhance the Change Management document repository. Adhere to PMO standards and templates related to Project Management and Change Management. Demonstrate professional behavior with interacting with clients and co-workers. Perform other related duties. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree.
