Dauphine's is Seeking a General Manager! Longshot Hospitality is now seeking a General Manager for Dauphine's , located at the Midtown Center in the heart of Downtown DC. Exciting opportunity to join and lead an established team of passionate, talented restaurant professionals in our mission of providing downtown DC with a unique world class dining experience built around New Orleans inspired food, beverage, service and hospitality. We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and confident team leader with a true understanding of world class service and hospitality and the vision and drive to help Dauphine's continue to establish itself as one of the truly iconic dining destinations in the Nation's Capital. Candidates should have 2+ years of General Manager experience with a proven track record of stable leadership, excellent coaching and team building skills, and positive financial results. Additionally candidates should have a very solid FandB knowledge, experience in high volume fine dining, and above all a genuine and infectious love of hospitality. Little bit about us: Dauphine's is a modern-day incarnation of the legendary Grande Dame establishments of New Orleans, brought to you by the award winning team behind DC dining institution The Salt Line. The breathtaking spacious three level restaurant awash in wrought iron and greenery instantly transports guests to the allure and magic of the famed Crescent City. Mezzanine dining provides a dramatic view of the dining room below, while outdoor diners can enjoy both formal dining or casual cocktail and small bite service at the outdoor bar and garden. For the beverage program, Dauphine's joins forces with proprietor Neal Bodenheimer of Cure Co ., New Orleans' acclaimed cocktail-focused hospitality group whose eponymous flagship, Cure, was the 2018 winner of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Cocktail Program.
