New York City's charming Olio e Piú has recently opened in Washington D.C.! We are looking for experienced Hosts who are excited to join us on our newest endeavor. Our Hosts exemplify the highest standards in integrity and guest service. If you are confident, detail-oriented, a team player, have excellent communication skills, and genuinely enjoy working in the world of hospitality, we would love to meet with you! This position requires a high level of people skills and the ability to welcome everyone with a gracious and friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, organized, and needs to multitask. General Responsibilities: Greeting and thanking all customers Answering the phone and providing information about the restaurant Planning and executing the seating chart for the evening Clearly and concisely communicating to both guests and employees What you will bring to us: Previous Host experience in a quality restaurant Familiarity with Open Table Customer-oriented approach and patience Excellent people skills ***** As an authentic trattoria, its cuisine is based on classic Italian dishes, with a focus on house-made pasta, hand-stretched pizza, and entrees like Branzino and Steak Fiorentina. The open dining area, traditional wood-fired oven, rustic interior, thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizza, and carefully selected wine and cocktail list bring a piece of old-world Italy to Washington D.C. Our concepts are intricate and intentional. As we grow in New York City, we are also growing across the US!
