Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking an administrative assistant to work for one of our sanitation clients. This person would be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers (max usually 50/day). Adjusting invoices and keeping a detailed record of customer interactions. This person would be joining a team of 10 and would receive 2/3 weeks of side-by-side training.
