The position will be focal point between customers and sales. This position will maintain a customer relationship by providing the best possible level of support with honest and timely communication. This position works directly with the customer by processing customer purchase orders, answering questions and resolving delivery issues. In order to be successful, this position will work internally to ensure customer order requirement flow down and On Time Delivery Management. Together, we'll proudly step back and say, "We did that". - Manage Purchase Orders placement, changes, status requests, and issue resolution. - Ensure On-Time Delivery of product. - Maintain and audit customer Line of Balances to ensure accurate order entry. - Notify customers of potential delays. - Prepare and present recovery schedules to the customer. - Support internal and external status and escalation meetings. - Support customer KPI inputs and management. Identify opportunities for improvement and dispute errors with customers. - Support customer forecast meetings and discussions. Ensure any adjustments in production requirements are updated in M3 and communicated internally. - Support On-Site support team requirements for parts and documentation. - Support purchase order compliance flow down. Coordinate internally to ensure adherence with our purchase order obligations. - Support Accounts Receivable to communicate and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies. - Prepare and support quotes for parts and components. - Support Program Management and Account Management activities. - Manage warranty database. - Other duties as assigned. **Complementary Description** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
