Business Services Representative

General Statement of Duties:The Business Services Representative is responsible for performing operational duties in a multi-task fast-paced environment. The representative will assist the Business Units in the opening of new accounts and maintenance including but not limited to Government Banking, Escrow, Landlord and Lease Security. The representative will process Online Services accounts and/or correspondence. The representative will adhere to the agreed Service Level Agreements within the department.Major Duties and Responsibilities: New account opening for business units via the core system.Complete maintenance on accounts via the core system.Complete maintenance for Government Banking accounts in the Risk Reporting system Public Entity profile module.New Escrow account set ups, maintenance and resolution of exceptions via the Bank's Online Escrow systems (Web Express and Agiletics).Scanning of account documentation into the Bank cold storage to maintain account records.Use of the Risk Reporting System (Archer) to aid in the processing of new accounts and maintenance requests.Use of the Online Services applications to aid in the processing of new accounts.Performs the System to System proof for the On-line account opening system.Review and process customer inquiries via email.Assist with customer inquiries via support line.Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:High school diploma.Previous experience in Business account openingExperience in customer service.Previous customer telephone support preferred.Good oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures. Knowledge of Miser preferred.Knowledge of Excel and Word required.Pay Range $55,000. - 59,000.Hours: 37.50This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if hours worked are over 40 hours.The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors permitted by law.
