Customer Service Specialist - Carmel, INAgility 360 is searching for Customer Service Specialists, based out of Carmel, Indiana, for a contract to hire role with a growing client! The Customer Service Specialist will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities such as updating database with insurance for various collateral, ensuring delivery of high quality and accurate customer service while maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. This position receives inbound calls and completes outbound calls or web inquiries to insurance companies to verify insurance. ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming borrower, agent and lender calls at a professional levelAccurately compose written information for loan historiesAccurately verify, key and/or memo insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancelsAbility to follow up and resolve customer problems or issuesMentor fellow co-workers as requested by supervisorReport any system and related issueMeet set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivityMeet and exceed Quality audits and metricsAbility to be coached and learn from previous errors and know what is needed to improveMeet monthly regarding scorecard metricsDistribute and exchange information with othersPerform other duties as assignedStrong attention to detail and organization skills requiredStrong problem solving and analytical abilitiesDependable and reliableAbility to acknowledge and respect confidential informationExcellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service focusProfessional interaction with employees, peers and customerAnswers questions, corrects errors and resolves discrepanciesAbility to learn quicklyQualifications / SkillsHigh school diploma/GED1 year of related experience preferredData entry and keyboard knowledge requiredCall Center experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organization skills requiredAbility to handle multiple tasksAbility to read and apply commonsense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions and memosAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem solving and analytical abilitiesDetailsContract to Perm Role with a Growing CompanyLocation: Carmel, IN (on-site)Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17 (based on experience)Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background checkShiftMonday - Friday-Multiple Shifts Available (8-5, 9-6, 10-7, etc)
