Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the restaurant's success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service. This position will supervise all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. To be successful as an FandB Manager, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained or their assigned roles. In conjunction with the Corporate FandB Director. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and food quality. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of service are maintained, resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Supervise staff. Assist customers with any queries or requests. Organizes the clean-up and closing of the restaurant. Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions. Must be able to utilize all platforms, including Toast, TripleSeat, OPERA, etc. Must be able to open and close guest accounts. Must be able to be a host and be service-oriented. Must be able to train and retain the team, delivering Fasano Standards of Service. Must be able to take special requests from guests. Must handle scheduling for team. Must process tips reporting on a weekly basis. Must manage and conduct inventory on a regular basis. Must be aware of and carry out FandB purchasing process. Must be responsible for credit card process. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
