Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience that reflects the rich flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine while aiming for a Michelin star in our new home. Job Description: As the Floor Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor. You will lead our service team, oversee daily operations, and create an inviting environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional service. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Monitor restaurant cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards. Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts. Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and service enhancements. Qualifications: Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
