A newly opened Distillery in Olney, MD is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee the food operations of the property which includes a Distillery and Brewery. This is a successfully run property with more growth potential on-site. This position will oversee the kitchen team and requires someone who is comfortable with training and managing processes and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a lead line Cook or Manager. Experience with managing inventory, ordering and scheduling. Ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a team environment.
