Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Ivy Hills Living Spaces in Cincinnati, Ohio Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week. Community Size: 164 units Who You Are: * Experience: Minimum of two years in multi-family residential maintenance. * Skills: General maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more. * Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude when addressing residents' needs. * Team Player: Collaborative and cooperative, with the ability to work well with others. * Initiative-taking: Ability to work independently and efficiently. * Diligence: A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Tools: Own basic hand tools. * Tech Savvy: Basic computer and/or smartphone skills. * Essentials: Valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance. * Compliance: Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position. What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician: * Maintenance Tasks: Utilize skills in pool care, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turnovers, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, and lighting. * Work Orders: Complete resident work orders while maintaining positive resident relations and keeping the community clean and presentable. * Emergency Response: Address emergencies during on-call shifts or as situations arise.
