The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Keeping our customers informed throughout their repair is of the utmost importance. Additionally responsible for light accounts receivable, administrative duties, and assisting with the shop's day-to-day operations. Job Requirements: Receptionist duties, light bookkeeping/accounting workWelcome visitors by greeting themAnswer questions and refer customers to the appropriate personSchedule customer appointmentsDetermine customer needs in a calm and professional mannerInput customer information into computer software efficiently and accuratelyAnswer incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner, clearly determine the purpose of the call, and answer/forward all the customers' questions and/or concernsOutbound calls to update customers about repairs status and call insurance companies to follow up on the status and paymentsConsistently check, sort, and forward e-mailsMaintain a safe and clean reception areaCreate and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all insurance partnersPerform other clerical work such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxingTake memos, maintain files, organize documents, etc.Accounting duties include accounts receivables, entering customer paymentsManage inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessaryProvide administrative support to the collision consultants and accountantSkills, Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to perform in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, and high-volume environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional attitude and appearanceTrustworthy, high degree of integrityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseAbility to remain calm under pressureExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent customer service attitudeWe are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
