Join our team and help lead a dynamic group in our growing manufacturing operations. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the operational performance of our Powder coat Paint Line on 2nd shift. This position will focus on ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while leading continuous improvement initiatives and team member development.Safety Leadership: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety policies, conducting safety tours, and encouraging near-miss/accident reporting.Team Management: Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demand.
