Martinizing Dry Cleaning, nationally leading company in dry cleaning industry, is growing its operations and hiring more staff. We are locally owned and operated and are seeking motivated employees who can provide customer service in the front counter and assemble and bag orders in the back. We are looking for candidates that have a positive and friendly attitude and provide exceptional service to our customers.Job Responsibilities - Front:Provide warm, engaging interaction with customersProvide clear descriptions of Martinizing services and processes to customersCheck in customer orders; inspect, sort, & tag for cleaningSolve customer problems as neededCommunicate problems, record issues, keep accurate recordsProcess customer payments and discountsPerform standard opening and closing dutiesKeep store clean and tidyJob Responsibilities - Back:Inspect finished garments per Martinizing quality control requirementsAssemble finished garments to order slotBag completed ordersRegister and place bagged orders alphabeticallyRequirementsPrevious customer service experience an assetDry Cleaning experience is considered an assetMust have a flexible scheduleMust be comfortable working while standing for long periods of timeStrong attention to detailAn understanding of textiles and garments is helpfulCompany InformationMartinizing Dry Cleaning is dedicated to making your customer experience exceptional.
