With approximately 60,000 residential units in our portfolio of clients, we are a leader in the commercial habitational sector, working closely with management and Boards of Directors. In addition, we are well versed in the unique needs of the non-profit and social service organizations, small business owners serving their insurance and risk management needs. Job Summary: As a Senior Account Director with North Shore Risk Management, you will be joining a small, hardworking team of insurance professionals. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales. In addition, you will have diverse responsibilities servicing commercial accounts. Duties and Responsibilities: * Identify opportunities with new and existing clients. * Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. * Secure, bind and process existing business, new business and renewals. * Service clients by providing endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance and invoices * Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention. * Provide expertise and answer questions for clients. * Collaborate with and mentor colleagues.
