With our business expanding, we are seeking an associate within our Complaints Management / Client Relations organization. In this position, you will be responsible for focusing on the day-to-day resolution of complex issues and handle operational complaints sent to the Client Relations team. Client Relations manages non-sales practice operational complaints with alleged damages of under $100,000. The Complaints Management department works with branches and operational departments to research and respond to client complaints. The Associate may have direct interaction with clients and should be able to manage themselves appropriately. This is a highly visible role that will add depth and knowledge to the group. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and required to be in an office 2-3x a week. Responsibilities: * Review case assignments and build case files * Review / Research all documents associated with each case * Draft Acknowledgement and Conclusion letters * Submit preliminary and final reviews for each individual case via SharePoint * Collaborate with internal and external partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues * Engage with escalation points of contact when required for case resolution * Effectively meet multiple deadlines throughout the day and prioritize risk related items * Analytical ability to learn, suggest process enhancements and effective controls * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and task-oriented * Effectively manage and escalate business risk Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * Candidates will be required to complete both a Broadridge and external client background check * Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage various tasks, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Ability to work in an ethical, professional manner with a client-centric focus Benefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings #LI-PP1 Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
