This position is responsible for providing various support activities to the Services business. This includes leading efforts to coordinate and schedule Preventative Maintenance service appointments with customers in addition to providing various customer service activities within the Service team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to faceHold accountability for the sale and maintenance of new and existing service contractsRecommend changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsManage field service scheduling, coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales and service effortsManage return of customer and loaner analyzers and partsManage XOS loaner fleetManage field service inventory levelsThe essential requirements of the job include:Possess excellent customer service/sales skills and mindset in dealing with customers, sales and service personnel from across the worldProficient utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and AccessMust be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and cooperate well within a team.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:1-3 years of sales experienceScheduling and communicating with customersWorking in a technical environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills.
