Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis. Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures. Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills. Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
