JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. The Warehouse Clerk can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening, and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse. In conjunction with Safety, he/she is to ensure that compliance to the current Apria standards is maintained. Salary Range: $15.50 - $21.63 / hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure the necessary handling procedures (both physical and written) are followed accordingly, when applicable, documented in client-level Quality Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and SOPs * Verify and receive materials into inventory. Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit. May also include palletizing and shrink-wrap. * Use MH Equipment to move, store, pick, pack, and store materials within the warehouse. * Works from pick sheet to pull product or supplies. Check orders against pull sheets. * When receiving dangerous goods, the necessary procedures must be followed, and these shipments must be stored in the designated section of the warehouse. * Understand and adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other government agencies. Certification is required to handle any hazardous material(s). * Adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. * Ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
