We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep in the Squirrel Hill PA, areaResponsibilities:-Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to Commercial lines insurance policies.-Assist clients with the management of their insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.-Support the sales team by generating quotes, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate insurance products to clients.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.-Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.-Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.-Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.Job RequirementsRequirements:-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.-Previous experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field is preferred.-Licensed insurance Agent - Commercial lines highly preferred-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong organizational and time management abilities-Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
