Momoya Soho Japanese Restaurant is looking for a FULL TIME Pastry Cook and Bakers for an upscale restaurant in Soho Area and sister project Happy Tuna. Momoya Soho is a modern new concept upscale Japanese restaurant featuring a full sushi bar, a full Wine/sake/beer bar, and the two main dining rooms with outdoor seating in the heart of the SOHO area (a corner of Prince St. and Mulberry St). Qualification/Requirements - Pastry Cook/Bakers: 0 years of Pastry kitchen experience but some knowledge is preferred. A passion and excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture Japanese dessert experience a plus Comfort in a high-volume/fast-paced environment with good communication skills **** All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
