Job Title: Customer Service 1 Location: Boston, MA (Remote) Duration: 03 Months Job Description: This role is not your typical Customer-facing position. Closer to a data entry position that supports the customer service team. Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach. Answer in- coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners. Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations. Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation. Required 1+ years of SAP/CRP Knowledge Microsoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint preferred Business Intelligence (BI) System experience nice to have Order Book management nice to have Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience
