About The Role The Production Coordinator 2 is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations with the instruction provided by the team lead/supervisor to maintain the production inventory accuracy, process inventory transaction, assist in investigation of the inventory discrepancy root causes and assist in cosmetic inspection for rack servers leaving the server assembly area. What You'll Do * Monitor Physical Inventory Scan results to ensure the accuracy of the floor data matches shop floor control system data * Locate and assign racks that are ready to each assembly lines according to production schedule * Help other product leads locate the servers based on the inventory data * Coordinate with server assembly leads and MRS for closure on aging job orders * Coordinate the disassembly and rework job order transfers in out of server assembly area * Assist in identifying the root causes for part discrepancies on server components with leads/management * Perform quick cosmetic inspection for rack servers before sending them to next teams * Collect data on quality errors found for root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects * Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area What You bring * High school diploma or higher in a related discipline * Experience with computer system hardware assembly, test and/or quality control * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) * Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs is beneficial but not required * Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic * Ability to work with cross-functional team * Ability to simplify issues/direction and communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of employees * Ability to pull information together from numerous sources and consolidate into a plan/direction for the organization * Ability to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned * Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task * Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time * Capable of lifting a minimum of 30lb ZT Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and do not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, age, gender, marital status, national origin, disability or handicap, or veteran status.
