This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues. Process orders and provide accurate product information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care.Qualifications: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills. Attention to detail and an empathetic manner. Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sanitation or construction industries is a plus.
