Andra Hem is a small luxury cocktail lounge in Rittenhouse. The Scandinavian architectural design leverages craftsmanship and contemporary design. The craft cocktail experience and locally sourced menu of Swedish food has been reviewed in Esquire Top 40 and Food and Wine Top 15 Bars in American in its first year of being open. Now we are expanding shifts to meet demand, and new team members will have an opportunity to help continue to build the brand and work with the exceptional opening team. See reviews here and learn more : We're looking for a dynamic individual to provide an exceptional craft bartending service experience to our lounge and restaurant guests. We currently have 1-2 shifts a week available. Upscale FandB experience required. Our Bartender's responsibilities will include: Help in creation and maintenance of a high-level beverage program Maintaining complete knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections Anticipating guest's needs, responding promptly, and offering suggestions Displaying understanding and competency in all steps of service Following all state and local laws for serving alcohol responsibly Maintaining professionalism at all times, to both coworkers and guests Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices Helping maintain liquor inventory Being a team player Creating a memorable experience to build repeat business
