Strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results. This candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety. Experience with Temp labor is a plus. Strong skills in coaching and development are a must.Position OverviewThe Production Supervisor for 3rd shift will oversee the production processes during off-peak hours, ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
