Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Residential Remodeling Project Manager with the following qualities: * Can achieve a high level of personal satisfaction from a team effort; * Commands excellent organization and coordination skills; * Has the ability and attitude to proactively, creatively and effectively identify problems and make solution decisions with the level of urgency needed to keep deadlines and budgets intact; * Has the ability to create and implement cost-saving processes at every opportunity; * Can provide clear, timely, directive communication with our discerning clients and all members of a project's construction team, including design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, carpenters, town/city officials; * Fully understands, and is committed to, superior customer service. Candidates for Residential Remodeling Project Manager must be able to demonstrate the following experience: * Significant experience as a highly successful Project Manager of residential remodeling construction, having profitably planned, organized, directed and monitored multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, from hand-off through close-out, with excellent client reviews and adherence to company policies, processes, and protocol; * Significant experience in estimating, negotiating and selling high-end residential remodel change orders; * Proficiency with a wide variety of software programs including Microsoft Office; * MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
