People of all races, ethnicities, countries of origin, faith, abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities are welcome here.About the Role: As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee the work training of crew members who are behavioral health clients and may be entering or returning to the workplace. You will provide coaching and training on appropriate workplace language, behavior and socialization as well as vocational skills in janitorial and lawn services. You will also drive the crew to each customer work site, supervise and socialize with them until the job is completed, and manage all Pro-Touch work supplies. In addition, you will assist Avenida Apartments Resident Manager as needed and serve as a liaison to the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and other community partners. Caminar will reimburse $45.00 per month for cell phone use.May be required to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
