To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role by:Managing and executing omni channel servicesWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experienceAchieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targetsUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventoryOverseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphereWHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
