Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking a BREAKFAST / BRUNCH LINE COOK to join the back-of-house team of LEUCA . Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
