Join our opening team at the bustling 4-floor soccer lounge located on 141 Chrystie Street in Manhattan! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the soccer lounge across all four floors. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of service staff, ensuring high morale and efficiency. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock. Quality Control: Monitor service standards and implement improvements as needed. Events and Reservations: Coordinate special events and handle reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for staff and patrons. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, ideally in a busy restaurant, lounge, or similar environment. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
