Licensed Practical Nurse/ Registered Nurse - Hickory Treatment Centers at RockvilleDepartment: Nursing Direct Report To: Director of Nursing Job Type: PRNAbout the Role: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the healthcare of both female and male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues. Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN/RN will perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments.Why Hickory Recovery? What We Offer: 401kDental insurance Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePTOVision insuranceCareer developmentMental health daysHoliday pay Job Qualifications: Valid LPN/RN completed from an accredited school of Nursing.At least 2 years prior experience as an LPN or RN preferably with hospital and behavioral health experienceCertified BLS provider obtained within 1 month prior to hire.Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.Ability to work as a member of a team.Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitudeImpeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communications skillsComputer literacy and ability to use an EMR.Knowledge of "best practices" behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologiesSound clinical judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to understand the requirements of the clientele.
