ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (85%) Equipment Transportation & Maintenance * Transports equipment to appropriate destinations in safe manner within pre-determined schedule * Sets up and takes down unit according to van manufacturer's and company guidelines * Ensures preventive maintenance and general maintenance is performed according to government regulations and within company guidelines using most cost-effective manner * Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment * Maintains cleanliness of transportation equipment to include weekly or bi-weekly exterior washing * Performs monthly maintenance on vehicle * Ensures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times (10%) Administrative Support * Maintains current logs including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submits in timely manner * Documents daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicle * Completes expense reports and time reports in timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvals * Ensures unit contains current registrations, permits and insurance documents at all times. Assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requested * Contacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick up * Completes expenses within Wells Fargo * Tracks and completes payroll information with ADP (5%) Performs other duties as assigned Required: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Class "A" driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to pass DOT drug, alcohol and physical screens Preferred: * 5 years of commercial driver experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
