Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a Contracts Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while serving a fulfilling mission. Responsibilities * A contract professional with 8-10 years of experience to perform a full range of contractual responsibilities from proposal development to contract closeout. * Must have a thorough understanding/appreciation of Contract Life Cycle (Acquisition Planning, Pre-award, Award, and Post Award). * Performs contract and subcontract administration, project controls and proposal support activities. * Manage internal and external client relationships, analysis, and the communication of contractual risks. * Perform ad-hoc research to answer contract specific questions as well as contracts pricing in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Provide day-to-day contracts support to division/sector management, business development and finance departments. * Leads and develops the contract support function within the company. Qualifications / Requirements * Experience responding to Market Research/Sources Sought/Requests for Information Review and negotiate contracts, task orders and modifications * Perform cradle-to-grave federal contracts administration with all contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, IDIQ, and hybrids). * Participate in pre-proposal activities to include solicitation review, developing internal analysis, completing business proposals to include rates, pricing, basis of estimates, standard forms and narratives. May be supported by outside pricing strategy expertise. * Draft/develop, review and sign nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, consulting agreements and strategic partnership agreements * Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance * Monitor company's performance on contracts assigned on an on-going basis to ensure conformance to original proposal price estimate and contractual terms and conditions * Record and disseminate information regarding contract modifications, deviations, negotiations and completion or termination. * Participate in contract kick-off meetings. * Prepare contract briefs, update and/or secure info in Deltek Costpoint, contract status, update databases, and responsible for paper and electronic contract files. * Create, maintain and distribute monthly contract reports with respect to cost incurred, funding levels (funded vs. billed), escalations, ceilings in a timely manner. * Review, prepare and submit closeout packages in accordance with established company policies * Demonstrated experience in administering contracts as a prime contractor and a subcontractor. * Regularly update company leadership on changing acquisition policies, laws and compliance issues. * Thorough and in-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Defense supplement to the FAR (DFARS), various other Federal agency regulations implementing the FAR, along with working knowledge and experience referencing and interpreting other Federal regulations related to Federal contracts usually gained through 10 or more years of experience with cradle-to-grave Federal contracts (to include GSA Schedules). * Experience preparing proposal business volumes and price proposals to include rates, pricing, basis of estimates, and narratives. * Ability to apply business finance, marketing and legal aspects of government procurement to the contract administration function. * Experience researching, interpreting, and resolving FAR related contractual issues. * Ability to draft, review and approve moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments * Knowledge of contracting concepts, applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations * Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills including ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers from administrative to executive staff. * Strong to excellent analytical, communication, teambuilding, leadership and presentation skills. * Highly organized with attention to detail and time management. * Must have ability to manage changing priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint. * Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint * CPCM, CFCM preferred * Able to travel locally Required Education: Bachelors Degree Triumph is a service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) specializing in Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization, Program Management, Acquisitions Support, Engineering, and IT Service.
