We are dedicated to empowering the next generation of tradespeople while delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to our customers.Job Overview:í–sta is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous home services industry role (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) and a solid understanding of how to manage client requests while coordinating with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.This is an on-site position in Irvine, CA that requires regular in-person attendance.RequirementsCustomer Service Representative, Responsibilities: Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to electrical services. Efficiently schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians using our AI-powered scheduling system. Provide clients with accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing, and timelines. Coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, and the office team to ensure seamless service execution. Maintain detailed customer records, ensuring up-to-date information in our CRM system. Resolve client issues and complaints with a customer-first mindset, escalating to management as necessary. Proactively follow up with clients after services are completed to ensure satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the home services industry (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) required; candidates with at least 1 year will also be considered. Stellar Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to clearly explain technical services to customers. Technical Tools: Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, and dispatch tools. Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to stay organized and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Problem Solving: Solution-oriented approach when facing challenges. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems and terminology is highly preferred. Language Skills: Bilingual in English and (Spanish or Mandarin) preferred.
