Longevity pay after 3 years. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or G.E.D. * Possession and ability to maintain license in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems or 5 years' experience in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems maintenance and repair * Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and appliances and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work and locksmithing functions * Knowledge of department safety policies and procedures and ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of interrelated processes, tasks and operations * Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License * Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
