Qualifications A Bit About You * HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available * 3-5 years relevant experience * Ability to consistently display a positive attitude * Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors No Third Parties
