We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help contribute to our continued growth. Must have a passion for service, mentoring and managing the day to day flow of operations. Requirements: Must have 2+ year of high volume restaurant management experience Detail oriented and open communication skills Staff management and training background Open availability Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Directing the flow of service, providing consistent leadership and delegating responsibilities, through leading-by-example Assist with hiring, training and education of cooks Perform restaurant opening and closing activities Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met Benefits: Competitive salary PTO Health insurance Gym Please send a note along with your resume.
