Bartender

We're looking for a skilled bartender to join our team! Layla is a bustling and vibrant neighborhood bar based in South Williamsburg. We focus on aperitivo based craft cocktails that are designed to pair perfectly with our European inspired food offering.   Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the below: Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience Maintaining and upholding our company's values   Ideally we would like our candidates to have:  2 years of beverage experience in New York City Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail drinks Excellent interpersonal skills Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry What you can expect from us:  An enjoyable working environment A chance to be part of a passionate group committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
