Kitchen experience is a must. Familiarize yourself with all recipes and production sheets to ensure consistency of prep and final product Ability to fry chicken, make sandwiches and salads and other signature items Assist with food prep, stocking and ensuring kitchen station is set up properly Maintain a clean and safe kitchen/work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly Assist in the deep cleaning schedule of kitchen facilities Work with FOH staff to ensure orders are completed according to request and on time Work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work on multiple orders simultaneously Must have Flexible Schedule with evening and morning shifts available. Weekend shifts are a must Qualifications/Skills Communicates with thoughtfulness and precision High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency Team-oriented and maintains a positive attitude. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills Strong ability to follow instructions and comprehension to accurately execute recipes Basic customer service skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed approach in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
