Reports To: Bar Manager/General Manager Summary We're seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join our team at Oliver's. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy interacting with guests, and excel in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you! Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station. Take drink orders from guests and servers, providing recommendations and information about the menu. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, creating a positive experience. Uphold responsible alcohol service standards. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies. Qualifications Previous bartending experience. Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basset and Food Safe certified.
