Prepares juices, mixes, syrups, garnishes, etc. Ensures the bar is well-stocked with glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine, and beer. Ensures constituency and addresses par fluctuations proactively at the juicing and cocktail stages. Delivers fresh juice to kitchen for prep and bar for non-alcoholic cocktails Helps maintain the quality, prep protocols, and cleanliness standards of the CDC and Beverage Manager. Properly rotates products and ensures perishable items are labeled. Completes all assigned side work related to set up and breakdown of bar prep area and restocking the bar prep area for the next shift. Updates knowledge and skills continuously by participating in staff training opportunities. Assists other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management. Essential Functions: Knowledge of Cote brand, culture, and product. Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs). Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors. Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates. Fluent in written and spoken English. Must be reachable by email and able to communicate via phone as well. Polished personal presentation; Grooming meets company standards outlined in the Employee Handbook. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and New York State Department of Health standards for bar and food service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education Requirements: Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes.
