If so, this company is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a team of production workers in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. Working closely with the production manager, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire production process Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards Manage and train production staff Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and procedures Meet production targets and deadlines Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures Proficient computer skills, including experience with MRP/ERP systems Please submit a resume for consideration.
