As a Sr Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate challenging optical engineering projects from requirements to delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Understand customer requirements and goals. * Estimate project scope, cost, resources, risks, and timelines. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. * Manage multiple projects and mitigate risks. * Develop and maintain program documentation. * Communicate regularly with customers on status, cost, and schedule. * Assemble data for invoicing and reporting. Required skills: * Strong technical background in specification, design and implementation of complex opto-electro-mechanical projects. * Ability to engage customers and stakeholders effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to take a hands-on approach including design and lab work as needed. * Ability to travel to meet program needs and develop new business opportunities. Qualifications : * 5+ years of experience in imaging optical system Preferred fields: mechanical engineering, optics, physics, or related areas with a strong preference for experience/background in imaging optical systems.
