Striving to facilitate patients and/or family's payment process and assisting with financial hardship in the most effective means possible.QualificationsResponsibilities:Education Required • Must complete in-house orientation program • High school graduation or equivalent required. • Must complete in-house orientation program. Experience And Skills • Speaks, reads and writes English • Good interpersonal skills • Speaks, reads and writes English. • Minimum two (2) year supervisory experience. • Knowledge and experience with third party and managed care insurance coverage. • Knowledge and experience with third party insurance billing, regulations and requirements. • Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills. • Good knowledge of healthcare computer systems. • Medical terminology.
