About The Opportunity Position Summary * Maintain and repair machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of new equipment. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment. * Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, identify wear and failures, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. * Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment. Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools. * Prepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using EAM. * Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all standard work documentation. * Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities. Education/Certification * High school diploma or equivalent required * Vocational or Technical Degree desired Work Experience * 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a plastics or fabrication environment required * Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic troubleshooting experience desired Shift * 7pm - 7am, 2-2-3 set schedule, 84 hours bi-weekly.
