As a Senior Talent Program Supervisor within PNC's Talent Program organization, you will based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The Talent Program Supervisor oversees the onboarding and orientation experience for PNC's early career programs. This role works with internal and external partners to deliver a best in class experience for 900+ employees each year. The Talent Program Supervisor has a vision for big picture but is comfortable managing the details of complex project plans. The role also partners with Development Program Managers and partners in PNC University to design and deliver robust learning plans for Line of Business Development Program Associates. Successful candidates have experience in project management, communications, event planning, human resources, learning and development and people management. Job Description * Leads the team in the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles. Manages the team's accountability for stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of development & system resources, project and program measurement, and other deliverables that support talent programs. the talent life cycle. Foster and maintain effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners. * Drives behaviors of the talent team to develop continuous improvement strategies in order to meet business, development, and talent objectives. Provides direction to talent program staff in determining development needs and objectives for various audiences alongside program managers. Directly supports in-program analysts and their managers throughout the talent life cycle. Foster and maintain effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners. * Responsible for managing the budget, external partnerships and strategies for assigned programs and new talent initiatives/pilots, including program launches as assigned. * Partners with clients (employees, business, management) to provide coaching and strategic support related to assigned projects, programs, and/or talent segments. * Oversees and drives the decision on the execution of projects, events, systems and deliverables related to talent programs. Set expectations for the team to recommend, design, implement, manage, and/or evaluate programs or deliverables as assigned.
