As a screen room operator - 2nd shift, you will be making our customer's artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment. Other duties may be assigned. * Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility. * Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. * Daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production. * Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained. * Maintain a clean work environment. * Have great attention to detail. * Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. * Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output. * Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. * Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows. You will also provide assistance to screen printing press operators in a manufacturing environment. Here's what a typical day might look like.
