Dickinson is looking for a Life Sharing Program Manager who is responsible for the monitoring of the individuals, and contracted employees by performing the following duties. Meet, at a minimum, with Licensed Life Sharing providers monthly and Unlicensed Life Sharing providers every other month it ensure individuals are being cared for and their needs are being met. Ensure that contacted employees are following all local, state, and federal regulations governing the Life Sharing Program. Education & Experience * A master's degree or above and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. OR * A bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. OR * An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. * Ability to obtain agency-required clearances. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
