Production team members work 4 ten hour days per week (Monday thru Thursday), and the 2nd shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. location: Camp Hill, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 65,000 per year work hours: 3 to 2 education: No Degree Required experience: 6 Years responsibilities: Major responsibilities for this role: + Supervise up to 6 lead people and up to 50 employees within the Manufacturing Process Areas. + Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning / directing work + Reward / Discipline employees + Adjust goals / work flow based on the daily production goals + Practice good manufacturing practices qualifications: To be successful, candidates MUST have supervisory experience within a Manufacturing setting. Supervisory experience within a warehouse will not translate well. Our client is looking for at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree is not required.
